What qzsolutions.org collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Last updated: 1 October 2026
This policy explains what information qzsolutions.org collects and how it is used. QZ Solutions (“we”) is the controller of that information. Questions go to qzia1111@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Contact form. Your name, email address, and message, sent only when you submit the form. The form is delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which processes the message on our behalf.
- Visitor analytics. If analytics is enabled, we measure aggregate usage — pages viewed, referring site, approximate country, device type, and clicks on contact buttons — through Google Analytics and/or Plausible Analytics. We use this only to understand how the site is used.
- Server logs. Our host (Hostinger) keeps standard web-server logs, including IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.
- Theme preference. If you switch between light and dark mode, that choice is stored in your own browser. It is never sent to us.
How we use it
We use contact-form details only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to run that engagement. We do not sell personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records. Ask us at any time and we will delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing qzia1111@gmail.com. You can also block analytics with your browser’s privacy settings or a content blocker; the site works the same without it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
